Przybylowicz pleaded guilty to having the hammer this month and was sentenced at Oxfordshire Magistrates' Court to eight months in prison.

The offence was considered “serious” because it was committed while Przybylowicz was subject to a community sentence for driving over the alcohol limit.

He was also made to pay £155 in victim surcharges and £85 court costs. In the meantime, the hammer has been forfeited and destroyed.
