SMITH Dora Passed away at the Churchill Hospital on 05/12/2014 after a long illness. She will be sadly missed by her sister Joyce, family, friends and all at Wallingford Methodist Church. The funeral and Thanksgiving Services for Dora will be held in the New Year. Grateful thanks for their care to Dr Hughes and the staff at Wallingford Medical Centre; and the doctors and specialist nurse, Pam, at the Haematology Unit, Oxford.
