ELKINS William (Bill) Sadly passed away on 13th April 2016 aged 79 at The John Radcliffe Hospital. Much loved Husband to Sue and Dad to Caroline, Wendy, Ruth and Jane. He will also be sadly missed by his Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. The Funeral Service will take place at St Mary’s Church, Wallingford on Friday 6th May 2016 at 2.30pm followed by a gathering at The Dolphin, Wallingford. Family flowers only please.
