Hughes Philip Michael Passed away peacefully at The Churchill Hospital on the 4th July 2017 aged 64 years. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Funeral Service on Thursday the 20th July 2017 at St Bartholomew's Church Brightwell Baldwin at 11.30am. Family flowers only please.
