Cook Ernest Taken away suddenly at home on 7th June 2012, aged 90. A beloved husband to Joan, a father to Geoffrey and Jacqueline, father in law to John, a grandfather to Sarah, Joanna, Stephanie, Charlotte, Joshua, Geoffrey, James, Kirsty, and great grandfather to Lily May. He will be greatly missed by all, but never forgotten. Funeral Service on Wednesday 27th June 2012, 10.45am at Oxford Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Diabetic Research UK, c/o Howard Chadwick F/S, 33 Benson Lane Crowmarsh, Wallingford, Oxfordshire. OX10 8ED.
