I have a large pleasant room to let in my home available from the end of September 2010. The room currently has a single bed in it but there is plenty of room for a double bed and this may be an option. I have a 16 year old son (he likes to spend a lot of time playing on his computer and doesn't make a lot of noise) who is studying A levels this year and 2 cats (cute!). We have a smallish garden (lots of decking and pots!) and are in a quiet road about 20 minutes walk from the bus stops (frequent buses into Oxford) and town centre in Abingdon 10 minutes walk from Abingdon College. I am hoping to find someone who is not noisy and would be happy to take part in the life of our household. It is a modern comfortable house and we have wireless broadband. The rent includes all bills except the telephone. Meals included if required. Abingdon is about 6 miles from Oxford with an excellent bus service. Mon-Fri let (less rent) or full time let.
