Agents take home awards

Oxfordshire based property agents scooped an armful of prizes at the Sunday Times Lettings Agency of the Year 2011 awards.

Lettings agency Finders Keepers won Gold for Best Innovation, Gold for Best Student Lettings and Silver for Best Technology and Online.

College and County won the Gold Award for Best Single Office in the central region and Walton-Street-based Homefinders took Silver in the same category. College and County also picked up Silver for national Best Student Lettings.

Scottfraser Lettings and Property Management got gold in three categories including Best UK use of Technology and Online, Best Central Region Small Lettings Agency and Best UK Small Lettings Agency.

It was also shortlisted for Best Overall UK Letting Agency.

The event, which is in its seventh year, attracted entries from 4,000 branches around the UK.

Winners were presented with their awards by double Olympic gold medallist Dame Kelly Holmes.
