An accountancy firm has recruited a record number of trainees, due to the high standard of applicants this year.
Wellers Accountants, which has offices in Oxford, Thame and Banbury, has taken on five recruits, who have either studied locally or are from the county.
Pictured are, from left, trainees James Moore, Andrew Keyser, Rachel Himpson, Saharan Bibi, Hannah Costar and new wealth management worker Kim Smith.
Through offering work experience, spicing up adverts in the Oxford Mail and working closely with Oxford Brookes University to attend recruitment days and speak directly to students, the three graduates and two school leavers are starting their careers at the company.
Trainees are offered a choice of chartered, certified or Association of Accounting Technicians qualifications.
