RAF personnel drop in to help school

RAF Benson personnel revamped the outdoor area of Ewelme Village Pre-School near Wallingford.

Six engineers from Puma Aircraft Servicing Flight chopped back shrubs, cleared dead foliage, tidied flower beds, planted herbs and flowers and repaired fencing. They also used recycled materials to create a bug hotel.

Corporal Mike Instone, who led the group, said: “Everybody had fun.”
