People convicted of offences at magistrates' courts in Oxfordshire recently:

  • Haroun Ahmed, 28, of Mill Lane, Marston, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a window pane in Richmond Road, Oxford, on January 29. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £50 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Martin Doran, 32, of The Paddocks, Weald Street, Weald, Bampton, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Witney on October 13. Banned from entering the Red Lion Hotel in Corn Street, Witney, for six months. Fined £135 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs.
  • Barry Doyle, 32, of Albert Street, Banbury, convicted of racially or religiously aggravated harassment in Banbury on July 26. Fined £165 and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £200 costs.
