Thieves forced their way into Barclays Bank, off Marcham Road, Abingdon, in the early hours of yesterday to steal an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen any suspicious activity or vehicles in the area between 2am and 3am.
Officers were called at 3.37am and found the bank was insecure and cash had been taken from a cashpoint machine inside the premises.
