Stream death OAP not named

A man in his 70s who was found dead in a stream has not yet been named by police. The man was found in the brook behind Washford Glen, off Trent Road on the Ladygrove estate on Saturday, at about 12.30pm. Police are not treating the death as suspicious.

Why are the police not treating this death as suspicious? Nobody has ever fallen into the brook before - let alone died.
