Craig Cripps, 29, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted failing to attend a follow up drug assessment at a specified time in Cowley Road, Oxford, on May 22. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge made on December 12 for theft. Fined £50 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Craig Ford, 28, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a purse in Oxford Central Library, Westgate, Oxford, on April 9. Fined £73 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Stuart Gallacher, 48, of Pike Terrace, Oxford, admitted breaching an antisocial behaviour order by being in a public house at Far From the Madding Crowd, Friars Entry, Oxford, on June 22. Community order made with a six-month alcohol treatment requirement and a nine-month supervision requirement. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Edwina Kerry, 43, of Rose Hill, Oxford, admitted failing to attend a follow up drug assessment in Cowley Road, Oxford, on May 7. Also admitted failing to surrender to police in Oxford, on June 7.

Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Ella May, 32, of Magdalen Road, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Oxford, on June 3. Given a 12-month driving ban and fined £110. Also told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.

Archie Riddell, 45, of James Street, Cowley, Oxford, admitted possessing 45 tablets of diazepam, a Class C drug, in Oxford, on February 8. Fined £110 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Krystian Kulikowski, 27, of Lyndene Road, Didcot, admitted dumping controlled waste, namely an armchair, on land without a waste management permit in Abingdon on March 14. Fined £75 and told to pay £75 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £75 costs.

Verity Taylor, of North Road, Didcot, convicted of not clearing up after a dog in Roebuck Court, Didcot, on November 8. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Dennis Pimm, 65, of Cotman Close, Abingdon, convicted of assault by beating in Bevington Road, Oxford, on October 1. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £400 costs.

Lee Cressey, 28, of The Oval, Didcot, admitted causing fear of violence by sending nine abusive Facebook messages in Lydalls Road, Didcot, between April 23 and April 24. Community order made with an alcohol treatment course requirement, a three-month curfew requirement and a supervision requirement. Restraining order made preventing contact with victim. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Paul Noel, 55, of St Thomas’ Street, Oxford, admitted harassment by sending text messages, attending a house uninvited, continuously ringing a doorbell, throwing stones at a window and shouting abusive and threatening words between May 14 and June 3 in Oxford. Community order made with a 120-hour unpaid work requirement. Restraining order made preventing contact with victim. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Natasha Elderfield, 39, of The Lees, Faringdon, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Mereland Road, Didcot, on May 10. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.

Dale Gough, 21, of Gainfield, Buckland, Faringdon, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Watchfield, near Faringdon, on June 8. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Luke Butler, 22, of Oliver Road, Hollow Way, Cowley, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on September 30 by failing to remain at his curfew address on June 1, June 2, June 8 and June 9 for a period of 20 hours. Order to continue and fined £150.

Robert Graham, 45, of Brake Hill, Greater Leys, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a laptop computer worth less than £5,000 in Abingdon on June 11. Fined £100 and told to pay £150 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £30 costs.

Peter Pennington, 29, of Teal Close, Blackbird Leys, Oxford, admitted stealing meat worth £24 from The Co-op in London Road, Headington, Oxford, on June 26, £20 cash from a motor vehicle in Howard Street, Oxford, on May 10, and frozen food worth £545.80 from a Spar in Oxford on April 26. Given an eight-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months with a 12-month supervision requirement. Told to pay £272.50 compensation.

Gareth Heaney, 33, of Desborough Crescent, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Beaumont Street, Oxford, on March 3. Fined £600 and told to pay £500 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Shaun Collett, 27, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted possessing a knife blade or sharp pointed article in a public place in Oxford Road, Abingdon, on March 1. Also admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford Road on the same date. Given a six-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months. Told to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge.

Martin Berry, 40, of John Morris Road, Abingdon, admitted stealing meat worth £100 from the Co-op in Bury Street, Abingdon, on October 7, 2012. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £100 compensation and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Wesley Jacob, 35, of Windmill Road, Headington, admitted stealing meat worth £85.50 from Marks & Spencer in Oxford on June 22. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Henry Le Roy, 18, of Millington Road, Wallingford, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Wallingford on May 25. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Steven Haines, 31, of Field Avenue, Oxford, convicted of racially or religiously aggravated common assault in Princes Street, Oxford, on February 23.
