BEER and music (and the rain) were in full flow in Didcot over the weekend as the town staged its big bash.

The Didcot beer and music festival took place at the Cornerstone Arts Centre on Friday, Saturday and yesterday.

The event featured three days of live music, DJ sets, a barbecue and 20 local beers and ciders.

Among the customers at the event on Saturday was 54-year-old wages clerk Nigel Foster.

Mr Foster said: “I’ve been going to the festival for the last two years and it was very good.

“It was a bit novel this time because they had the bands this year which was great.”
