OXON: A jury has started watching videos of police interviews of five men accused of “turning a blind eye” to undercover police officers posing as metal thieves.
The defendants, from TR Rogers and Sons in Nuneham Courtenay, deny attempting to conceal, disguise or convert criminal property between March and May last year.
They are Terence Rogers, 70, of High Street, Drayton St Leonard; Simon Rogers, 42, of Bromsgrove, Faringdon; Martin Pace, 36, of Brookmead Drive, Wallingford; Ian Marshall, 29, of Evenlode Drive, Berinsfield, and Darren Andrews, 34, of Colwell Road, Berinsfield.
Yesterday, the jury at Oxford Crown Court watched a recording of Simon Rogers being interviewed by police.
The trial continues.
