Oxford Road near Nuneham Courtenay is shut both ways after a motorcyclist was involved in a collision near the Golden Balls Roundabout.
The man, who is thought to be in his 20s, was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital by paramedics shortly after the crash.
South Central Ambulance Service were called to the accident between the A4074 and Abingdon Road at 1.12pm.
SCAS spokesman Gill Hodgetts said: "We were called to the scene after a moteo cyclist came off his bike. We sent a rapid response car, an officer, and an ambulance. He has been taken to the John Radcliffe, but the extent of his injuries are not known."
