THE Environment Agency yesterday issued its latest reports of river water levels.
Abingdon and Culham: The Thames has begun to stabilise and no further significant rise was expected.
Witney and Ducklington: Flood alerts were unchanged, but water levels in the Windrush were falling.
Wolvercote: Water levels in the Thames reached their maximum level, but they will still remain high over the coming days.
