A 48-year-old man accused of an assault has had the charge against him dismissed by a judge.
David Roberts, of Main Street, East Challow, was charged with assault by beating after an incident in The Park on October 29.
It was alleged he assaulted Sarah Honey after a row, but on Monday a judge at Oxford Magistrates’ Court stopped the case and dismissed the charge.
