A FORMER Didcot GP will face a misconduct tribunal next month accused of “sexually motivated” contact with patients.
Former Woodlands Medical Centre GP Dr Peter Rubin is accused of an “improper relationship” with a patient from summer 2007 to September 2012.
He is also alleged to have made a unnecessary prescription for the woman and made a false entry in her medical records.
The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service said: “It is alleged that Dr Rubin’s conduct in this regard was misleading and dishonest.”
The GP, who was suspended in November 2012 and left the practice the following month, is also accused of “improper physical contact” with another patient on June 17, 2012.
A hearing will take place in Manchester for up to two weeks from Monday, March 31.
Dr Rubin could not be contacted for comment and the surgery had yet to comment at the time of going to press.
