Abingdon pub assault admitted

A 33-year-old has admitted carrying out an assault which caused grievous bodily harm in a pub toilet.

Stuart Morris, of Stonhouse Crescent, Radley, pleaded guilty yesterday on the first day of his trial over the offence on January 25 last year.

He assaulted David Arnott in the men’s toilet at the Cross Keys pub, Ock Street, Abingdon, and will be sentenced at Oxford Crown Court on April 1.
