Michael Hardisty, of Speedwell Street, Oxford, admitted stealing three bottles of wine worth £16.40 from Sainsbury’s in Oxford on March 20. Fined £50 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

James Wells, 43, of Stocks Walk, Carterton, admitted stealing food worth £24.50 from the Co-op in Rose Hill Road, Oxford, on May 20. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge made on January 20 at Oxford Magistrates’ Court for benefit fraud. Fined £120 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Oliver Neave, 26, of Minster Road, Oxford, admitted failing to stop after a road accident and driving without due care and attention in Southfield Road, Oxford, on February 22. Aaron French, 23, of Howard Road, Banbury, admitted using threatening words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Master Kebab in Banbury High Street on February 2. Fined £65 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Sean Parker, 28, of Woodstock Road, Oxford, admitted speeding above the 70mph limit on the M40 between junctions 10 and 11 near Ardley, Oxfordshire, on May 25. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Land Afazi, 34, of Cottesmore Road, Oxford, convicted of driving in excess of the 50mph limit on the Oxford Eastern Bypass on June 25 and exceeding the 30mph limit on Headington Road, Oxford, on July 23.
