A 61-YEAR-OLD man died after his Jaguar overturned on the M40 between junction 11 and 12 yesterday morning.
The black Jaguar S-type left the southbound carriageway between junctions 12 at Gaydon and 11 at Banbury, and went up the embankment before overturning at about 10.25am.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two other passengers, a 32-year old man and a girl, aged 7, were taken to the Horton General Hospital with minor injuries and have since been discharged.
