Train passengers were hit by delays yesterday.
A false fire alarm at Oxford railway station went off in the morning, forcing the 6.25am Banbury to London Paddington service to be 20 minutes late.
The 7.27am service after that was delayed by 14 minutes.
A tree that fell on the line near Brill in Buckinghamshire caused delays for about 15 minutes between Bicester and Haddenham and Thame Parkway yesterday afternoon. Services were moving at slow speeds after it was removed from the line.
