Walter Kepke, 26, of Oxford Road, Banbury, was convicted of assaulting a man by beating him on Banbury High Street on January 17. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £50 compensation, a £30 victims’ surcharge and £300 costs.
Karen Nadin, 46, of Radley Road, Abingdon, was convicted on two counts of failing to identify a driver suspected of a driving offence to Thames Valley Police, once between July 26 and August 23 and a separate charge between July 30 and August 27. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

Neil Henderson, 35, of Juniper Close, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on Cromwell Road, Banbury, on April 30. Had 83 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the legal limit of 35mg. Banned from driving for 40 months, and given a community order requiring 60 hours of unpaid work in the next year. Also ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Jacob Hedley, 39, of Newcombe Close, Milcombe, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her at Milcombe on March 29. Given a three-month prison sentence suspended for two years. Ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Jamie Clark, 24, of no fixed address, admitted stealing a bicycle worth £400 from Didcot Delivery Office in Broadway, Didcot, on May 13. Suspended sentence order activated and jailed for 13 months.
Jonah Miles-Collett, 20, of Black Bourton Road, Carterton, admitted criminal damage to an Oxfordshire County Council lamppost in Rock Road, Carterton, on May 7. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £25 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge, and £55 costs.

Martin Harwood, 38, of Fowlers Road, Kingham, admitted dishonestly receiving stolen food stuffs worth £117.84 belonging to Co-op stores in Eynsham on July 7. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.
James Wells, 43, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing meat worth £47.49 from Sainsbury’s in Witney on January 25. Community order made with drug rehabilitation and supervision requirements.
Franca Gibson, 32, of Centaury Place, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Primrose Place, Oxford, on March 14. Had 177mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mg. Given a 20-month driving ban and fined £110. Told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
