Car fire shuts two lanes northbound on M40
FIREFIGHTERS have been sent to reports of a car fire on the M40.
A spokeswoman for Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue said that the service had been called to a car fire on the Northbound carriageway between junction six, near Lewkmoor, and junction seven, near Milton Common at about 6.20pm.
There are heavy delays on the Northbound carriageway currently.
