TRAFFIC is building up on the A415 Ock Street, as Abingdon Cycle Festival is under way.
Reports show congestion westbound between Drayton Road and Nuffield Way.
News
The High Street is closed both ways for the sports event between East Saint Helen Street and West Saint Helen Street.
Restrictions are expected to be in place until around 4pm.
It is the sixth year the free event has taken place, where visitors can try out different bikes, join rides and consult repairmen.
There was also live music and food and drink on offer.
Stuart Dingle, co-owner of Peddle Power Cycles with brother Tom, went along. He said: "It was the biggest and best festival yet and the family rides have been fully booked, they went down a storm.
"There has been a really nice and relaxed atmosphere and it was great to get more bums on saddles."
