Kelly Crook, 34, of Brendon Close, Didcot, was convicted of using a colour television without a licence at home between March 25 and April 26. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £120 costs.

Stewart Davenport, 26, of Asquith Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a colour television without a licence at home on December 18. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £120 costs and a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Daniel Davies, 30, of Russ Avenue, Faringdon, admitted using a colour television at home between March 25 and April 1 without a licence. Fined £25 and ordered to pay £120 costs and a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Connie Dixon, 29, of Friars Wharf, Oxford, admitted using a colour television at home without a licence on January 14. Fined £35 and ordered to pay £120 costs and a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Dawn Durbridge, 54, of Parsley Place, Banbury, admitted using a colour television at home without a licence on January 29. Fined £35 and ordered to pay £120 costs and a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Toyah East, 26 of Elm Tree Close, Littlemore, was convicted of using a colour television at home without a licence on December 19. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £120 costs and a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Pambos Michailides, of Ashhurst Way, Rose Hill, Oxford, was convicted of driving an unlicensed vehicle on the A40 in Oxfordshire, on December 10. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £47.50 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.

Kostas Papadimitrou, 26, of Gypsy Lane, Headington, Oxford, admitted using a colour television without a licence at home between April 7 and April 15. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Patrick Pardy, of Claymond Road, Headington, was convicted of driving an unlicensed vehicle on the A40 at Oxford, on December 10. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £34.17 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.

Mastazher Hussain, 21, of Chatsworth Drive, Banbury, admitted criminally damaging a door and a plastic box belonging to Louisa Lella in Western Crescent, Banbury, on June 8. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £150 criminal courts charge, £85 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Restraining order made against the victim until June 29, 2017.

Martin Horne, 53, of Hollies Court, Britannia Road, Banbury, admitted assault by beating in Banbury on December 4. Given a Community Order with a three-month curfew between 8pm and 8am every day. Also ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Darren Wheeler, 35, of New Leys Court, Curbridge Road, Witney, admitted assaulting a woman and a man and criminally damaging a gate in Witney on May 4. Given a Community Order requiring participation in a Building Better Relationships programme for 30 days and ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge and £300 compensation. Restraining order made until July 2018.

Depu Razzaki, 26, of Henry Box Close, Witney, admitted possessing cocaine, in Witney on May 3. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on June 26. Made subject of a community order requiring him to have drug dependency treatment for six months. Ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Joseph Cummings, 23, of Oxford Road, Bodicote, admitted speeding at 51mph in a 30mph zone in Aynho Road, Adderbury, on June 12, 2014. Fined £135 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 days.

Matthew Richards, 19, of Green Lane, Woodstock, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on May 24 and May 31 and failing to keep in touch with the responsible officer. Fined £100.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES

Sejdzan Malik, 30, of Green Hill, Oxford, admitted stealing a vehicle diagnostic unit worth £50,000 from Wheatley, jointly with Tais Teles on or between December 7 and January 14. Also admitted committing fraud by trying to sell a vehicle diagnostics unit for £5,000 and claiming it was his when it was not, jointly with Tais Teles on or between January 1 and January 14. Further admitted committing fraud trying to sell a vehicle diagnostics unit for £7,700 and claiming it was his when it was not, jointly with Tais Teles on or between January 13 and February 15. Sentenced to eight weeks in prison suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Tais Teles, 22, of Green Hill, Oxford, admitted stealing a vehicle diagnostic unit worth £50,000 from Wheatley, jointly with Sejdzan Malik on or between December 7 and January 14. Also admitted committing fraud by trying to sell a vehicle diagnostics unit for £5,000 and claiming it was his when it was not, jointly with Sejdzan Malik on or between January 1 and January 14. Grzegorz Stadnicki, 42, of Magdalen Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk in a public place in White House Road, Oxford, on February 13. Also admitted being drunk in a public place in Pembroke Street, Oxford, on May 22. Discharged absolutely. Convicted of damaging a police cell and causing £77 worth of damage in Abingdon Police Station on February 13. Fined £110 and ordered to pay £50 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £150 costs.
