OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

Robin Neal, 43, of St Clement's Street, Oxford, admitted breaching a restraining order without reasonable excuse by entering 13 Kempson Crescent, which he was prohibited from doing, on February 20. Also admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty in Kempson Crescent, Oxford, on February 20. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a suspended sentence order. Committed to prison for 112 days. Also ordered to pay a £80 victim surcharge Zelalem Netsanet, 28, of Peregrine Road, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Abingdon on February 8. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £80 costs. Also handed a 16-month driving ban.

George Voicu, 23, of Churchill Road, Bicester, admitted drink-driving in Bayswater Road, Oxford, on February 7. Had 65 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also handed an 18-month driving ban.

Terrance Hanks, 35, of O'Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing six bottles of champagne worth £105 from Mark and Spencer, Oxford Railway Station, on December 24 last year. Also admitted breaching an 18-month conditional discharge handed to him on April 1 last year. Handed a community order, with a rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay £70 compensation.

George Helbere, 26, of The Homestead, Kidlington, admitted drink-driving in Mill Street, Kidlington, on February 5. Had 102 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above legal limit of 35 micrograms. Handed a community order, with a 150-hour unpaid work requirement. Also ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a two-year driving ban.

Steven Thomas, 41, of Divinity Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Cornmarket Street on January 30. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Graham Busby, 56, of New Road, East Hagbourne, Didcot, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty in Oxford Crescent, Didcot, on February 8. Fined £265 and ordered to pay a £27 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Desmon Jones, 32, of Luther Court, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted possessing cocaine, a class A drug, possessing diamorphine, a class A drug and possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Luther Court, Luther Street, Oxford, on December 12 last year. Committed to prison for six weeks. Also ordered to pay £70 costs.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES' COURT

Steven Lewis, 30, of Sage Walk, Greater Leys, was found guilty in absence of fishing without a licence at the Gold Fish Bowl at Boulderdyke Farm, near Banbury, on August 1 last year. Handed a £220 fine and ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge and £127 costs.

Robert Firkin, 51, of The Moors, Kidlington, admitted allowing an unknown person to remove controlled waste including roof tiles, building rubble, piping, selotex and a child's bike on June 10 last year without asking to see a waste carrier's licence or proof of identification. The waste was subsequently dumped illegally in a gateway in Murcott Road, near Bicester. Handed a £1,015 fine and ordered to to pay £102 victim surcharge and £375 costs.

Tiago De Souza Neves, 31, of Gillians Way, Oxford, admitted using a handheld mobile phone while driving in Cowley Road, Oxford, on March 30 last year. Handed a £100 fine and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge. Also had three points added to his driving licence.

Andrew Lydiatt, 53, of Middleton Road, Banbury, found guilty of racially or religiously aggravated common assault on Faisalrahaman Abdulnazar in Middleton Road, Banbury, on October 22 last year. Also admitted causing racially, religiously aggravated harassment, alarm or distress by words on the same day and committing an offence during the period of a suspended sentence from Northampton Magistrates' Court for assaulting a constable, assault by beating and using threatening behaviour. Jailed for 15 weeks and ordered to pay £200 compensation and £80 victim surcharge.

Susan Smart, 45, of Broome Way, Banbury, admitted having a Stanley knife at Banbury Railway Station on November 13 last year. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a 12-month conditional discharge for possessing an article with a blade or point in public. Handed a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement of up to 20 days. Also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Daniel Holder, 31, of no fixed abode, admitted two counts of criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 belonging to Thames Valley Police at St Aldate's Police Station, Oxford. The first was a window on March 5, and the second a door on March 8. Handed a £500 fine and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

Amy Morris, 25, of Bullingdon Road, Oxford, admitted stealing DVDs worth £184 belonging to Primark in Banbury on January 25 this year. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates' Court on February 12. Handed a two-month prison sentence suspended for a year with a 12-months supervision order, drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and rehabilitation activity requirement of up to 20 days. Also ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge.

Wayne Turner, 48, of Haywards Close, Chadwell Heath, Romford, Redbridge, found guilty of stealing £576 of Armani clothing from Armani Ltd in Bicester on September 13 last year. Jailed for 16 weeks and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge.
