Road partially blocked between Hanborough and Eynsham after serious hay bales fire
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a barn fire between Eynsham and Hanborough.
Service spokesman Matt Smith said they were called yesterday at about 6pm to City Farm, in City Farm Road.
Crews used hose reels and hay drags to extinguish the blaze by 10.46pm.
Mr Smith added: "The cause is being investigated."
Meanwhile, there was also a small kitchen fire in Bradstock, Sutton Courtenay, at 6.40pm.
Mr Smith said this was extiguished by firefighters using breathing apparatus.
