THIS electric train sped through Didcot as testing took place over the weekend.
It was seen travelling past Wantage Road as part of several tests on Sunday.
Network Rail says the electrified railway will be more reliable and the trains set to use it will be longer, faster, quieter and greener than those currently in use.
In May the company said it was close to finishing work between Didcot and Reading as part of its electrification of the Great Western Mainline.
