There's no need to consult Trip Advisor for a visit to Le Manoir - it's the fourth best restaurant in the world and the best in the UK.
The website providing reviews of travel destinations has rated restaurants around the globe and the restaurant and hotel in Great Milton run by French celebrity chef Raymond Blanc is ranked fourth.
Top of the list was Martin Berasategui, in Lasarte, Spain, while Maison Lameloise in Chagny, France followed by L'Auberge de I'lll in Illhaeusern, France.
After getting picked by Trip Advisor M Blanc tweeted: "I am so happy to announce @lemanoir has been voted by @TripAdvisor Awards as #1 UK Restaurant& #4 in the World!! BRAVO et MERCI to the team!"
It is the latest accolade for Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons, which earlier this month retained its two Michelin stars, indicating excellent cooking.
In July Le Manoir was named food hotel of the year at an awards ceremony.
The restaurant picked up the gong at the inaugural Hoteliers' Hotel Award hosted by magazine The Caterer on Wednesday night.
M Blanc's hotel and restaurant was selected as the winner by a panel of leading hoteliers and experts including hotel inspectors.
