PASSENGERS travelling on Chiltern Railways are said to enjoy some of the best on-board experiences in the country.
The company has been shortlisted for ‘Passenger Operator of the Year’ for its customer service, safety, communication and reliability.
It is part of RAIL Magazine’s National Rail Awards.
Chiltern Railway has also been shortlisted jointly for ‘Major Project of the Year’ in the same awards for its role in the construction of the line between London, Bicester and Oxford as part of East West Rail phase one.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London in September 21.
