Delays in Oxford after car and lorry crash
TRAFFIC is moving slowly on the Eastern By-Pass Road in Oxford after a car and lorry crashed.
The vehicles collided on the Littlemore roundabout at about 2.30pm. There is congestion on the Southern By-Pass Road to the Heyford Hill roundabout.
