OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

CALLUM WYNNE, 30, of Spruce Drive, Bicester was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver who was alleged to have committed an offence between June 6 and July 10. He was fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and was given six points on his licence.

SOFIENE MENHNAN, 39, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford was convicted of taking a pedal cycle without the consent of the owner in Bonn Square, Oxford on November 7. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

JOSE RAMON PHILLIPS, 56, of Scrutton Close, Oxford admitted committing an act outraging public decency by exposing himself in view of members of the public. He was sent to prison for seven days.

KERRY LOUISE MAYHEW, 38, of Vineyard, Abingdon admitted stealing a bottle of vodka worth £20 from Waitrose in Abingdon on September 8. She was fined £100, must pay compensation of £20 a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

RYAN MCCANN, 27, of Jackdaw Road, Didcot was convicted of assaulting a man by beating him in Benson on July 8. He was fined £250, must pay compensation of £75 and court costs of £500.

IMTIAZ GULZAR, 40, of Cowley Road admitted failing to comply with the conditions of a housing licence on or about January 27. He was fined £2,500, must pay a victim surcharge of £170 and court costs of £1425.

GAYNOR FERREIRA, 48, of Blacknall Road, Abingdon was convicted of being the parent of a child and knowing she was not regularly attending school with justification. A community order was made and she must attend rehabilitation. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £50.

URFAAN AHMED, 26, of Harcourt Terrace, Headington, was convicted of using a vehicle having previously made a declaration that it would not be used on a public road in Southfield Road, Oxford on March 7. He was fined £146, must pay back vehicle excise duty of £118.34 and musy pay court costs of £85.

ALAN HENDRON, 26, of Oxford Road, Bletchingdon was convicted of of using a vehicle having previously made a declaration that it would not be used on a public road in Oxford Road, Bletchingdon on April 7. He was fined £440, must pay back vehicle excise duty of £72.92 and court costs of £85.

ROGER HUXFORD, 63, of New Road, Bledington was convicted of registering a vehicle when it did not meet the insurance requirements. He was fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £100.

SURESH LAL, 36, of Barns Road, Oxford was convicted of registering a vehicle when it did not meet the insurance requirements. He was fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES'

LAURENCE HAWARD, 67, of Paines Hill, Steeple Aston, was convicted of speeding by driving 60 mph in a 50 mph at Shipton-on-Cherwell on April 4. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

SAYDUL ISLAM, 41, of Bears Hedge, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a valid driving licence and third party insurance on July 1 at Bicester. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JAMES BLACKWELL, 26, of no fixed abode, admitted using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour against a woman at Edmunds Road, Banbury, on November 19. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85 and be subject to a restraining order against his victim.

SARAH BOYLAND, 37, of Ruscote Avenue Banbury, admitted assaulting a constable in the executive of their duty at Ruscote Avenue on November 19. She was fined £100 and must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JONATHAN COLLINS, 29, of no fixed abode, admitted damaging a vehicle mounted security light at Headley Way, Oxford, on December 4. He was given a conditional discharge of six months and must pay compensation of £300 and a victim surcharge of £20.

JOSE PHILLIPS, 56, of Scrutton Close, Oxford, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by being drunk at London Road, Oxford, together with an opened container of alcohol and obstructing traffic on December 5. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

BRADLEY SMITH, 23, of Sandford Green, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by visiting an address at Chipping Norton on November 19. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

STEWART GILLESPIE, 52, of Thornbury Rise, Banbury, admitted using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour against a man at Banbury on April 21. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work and pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £85.

GREG PARR, 32, of Corn Street, Witney, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit with 128mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath at Swinford on November 19. He was made subject to a community order and must complete an alcohol treatment requirement with Turning Point for six months and complete 20 days of a rehabilitation activity requirement. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and is disqualified from driving for 30 months.
