EVERYONE has their own opinion on modern art but it's safe to say this latest exhibition is certainly rubbish.

One South Oxfordshire school has gathered litter and various other items lying about to make a unique collection which was on display last week.

From empty McDonald's cartons to lengths of blue string found by the artists, it is safe to say you are unlikely to find anything similar at the Tate Modern but the variety of pieces was certainly very impressive.

On display at the Treehouse School in Cholsey, it has been described as 'beautiful, original art created from found objects', by the 'Treehouse Gang' and local artists at the Cart Shed, near Wallingford.

Teacher Shaz Julian is pictured here admiring the ‘Lollingdon Lad’ made by Harry, Eddie and Dylan.

The items which were on display were put up for sale by silent auction last week.

The proceeds from this event will be used to fund a new eco-school for The Treeshouse.
