Broken down vehicle causes delays on A34
A BROKEN down vehicle caused delays on the A34 southbound carriageway between the Milton Interchange and North Abingdon this morning.
The vehicle blocked one lane and drivers faced delays of 10 minutes during the morning rush hour.
Police awere called and a recovery vehicle arrived soon after.
