A FORMER Strictly Oxford competitor is stepping back into the limelight for a slightly different charity performance.
Graham Reed, who took on the ballroom dance competition in 2016, is going all out for his latest show – in fact they're doing the Full Monty.
The Kingston Bagpuize resident is staging a charity strip tease with a group of friends to help raise money for Prostate Cancer UK – a cause close to his heart after his father was diagnosed two years ago.
Mr Reed said: “My dad had to have about one year of treatment with all the family going back and forth to the hospital.
“It was stage two, which is more aggressive, although he didn’t need an operation just chemotherapy. Touch wood he has had the six month all-clear.
“I just wanted to give back to the charity raising funds and awareness because they do so much to help families like ours."
He added: "I didn’t fancy a sponsored walk or anything like that, I wanted to do something a bit more fun."
The event will also includes singing and a charity auction including prizes such as a weekend in Sicily, before the Full Monty finale.
The show will be held at Abingdon United Football Club on September 21. Tickets are £10 from reed6331@gmail.com
