Snow: Police plea to drivers

Thames Valley Police and Buckinghamshire County Council this afternoon appealed to any motorists who abandoned their cars during the severe weather last night, to collect them as soon as possible, as the roads need to be cleared for and Buckinghamshire County Council gritters.

Insp Tim McGirr said: “The roads in High Wycombe are clear enough to drive on at the moment, but abandoned vehicles are causing an obstruction.”
