Soldier to be repatriated

OXON: The repatriation of a serviceman killed in Afghanistan at the weekend will take place today.

Sergeant Lee Davidson, 32, of The Light Dragoons, was killed in Helmand province on Sunday when his vehicle hit an improvised explosive device.

The plane carrying his body will land at RAF Brize Norton at 1.30pm and the cortege will pass the memorial garden at Carterton between 4pm and 4.30pm. It will arrive at the John Radcliffe Hospital between 5pm and 5.30pm.
