TWO teenagers were sprayed in the face with a toxic substance believed to be bleach during an attack in Abingdon.
The attack happened on Thursday at about 7.35pm in the Charter multi-storey car-park in Broad Street.
The pair were with two friends when they passed the man who muttered something to them.
The group turned to answer him when he shouted something at them in an unknown foreign language.
When the pair, a 17-year-old and a 16-year-old boy, challenged him the man sprayed the fluid from a canister in their faces.
Both victims attended hospital but were uninjured and did not require any treatment.
Thames Valley Police has appealed for witnesses.
The man was described as white with strawberry blond hair.
He was wearing a bright white padded jacket, dark trousers and scruffy trainers.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101.
