The inquest into the death of a man stabbed by the Thames in Abingdon was formally opened and adjourned in Oxford yesterday.
Robert Dobinson, 33, known locally as Robert “Raggy” Smith, died at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford after being stabbed on the Thames Path on Sunday.
Senior coroner Darren Salter adjourned the inquest to a date to be fixed.
Natasha Elderfield, 40, has been remanded in custody charged with murder.
