WITH 50s grooming and 60s crooning, Abingdon Guildhall was transported back in time for a day.

Ruby’s Vintage and Retro Fair took over the 1960s hall for a second time on Saturday and it proved a hit once again.

Among the stallholders from around the country was Victoria Humble-White from Besselsleigh, who was selling1950s-style pinnies.

Mrs Humble-White, an alumni officer at Oxford’s Dragon School, started making the old-fashioned aprons last year inspired by her daughter Rosa.
