THE jury has retired to consider its verdict in the trial of a woman who denies fatally stabbing her boyfriend in a drunken rage.
Natasha Elderfield is accused of murdering 33-year-old Robert Dobinson on the boat where she lived off Bridge Street in Abingdon on October 19 last year.
The prosecution alleges the 41-year-old stabbed her partner in the heart with a kitchen knife after he walked in on her and her lover Tony Steggles.
This afternoon the jury retired to start deliberating after Judge Patrick Eccles finished summing up the evidence in Oxford Crown Court.
