THIS village green was transformed into a sea of pink by flocks of fundraising fun-runners.
Dozens of children and parents joined the Race for Life sponsored run, walk or stroll in Steventon near Didcot on Sunday morning.
The racers set off on the village green at 10.30am and could choose whether to run 1km, 2km or 5km.
However far they ran, they raised money for Cancer Research UK.
The event was co-ordinated by local Slimming World group leaders, among them Nicola Ireland, from Grove, who lost 3st 10lb after joined her local group.
The mum-of-four, pictured centre pushing her youngest Oscar in a buggie, previously weighed more than 15 stone.
She said: "I love running now... it makes me feel good about myself and it’s something that I can do with my children: my baby comes on every run with me in the buggy and I often take the other children on their bikes."
