There were minor delays on passenger services at Didcot Parkway yesterday morning because of problems with a freight train.
A spokesman for First Great Western said: “I would imagine if there was disruption caused by a freight train there was probably some kind of fault with that train.”
However, the rail operator could not give any further details or when the fault was rectified.
