Fire investigators and police are working to determine how a blaze started in a school building yesterday morning.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service said it was called at 11.19am to St Birinus School, in Mereland Road, where there was a fire in the ground floor of the mathematics building.
Firefighters put out the blaze, found in a disabled toilet, and said no injuries were reported. Incident Commander Steve Wright said the fire was contained, but some smoke spread to other parts of the building.
