Power cut hits homes in Didcot
HOMES in southern Oxfordshire have been affected throughout the morning by power cuts.
Scottish and Southern Electricity Network is reporting that 18 areas within Didcot had been without power since 6.48am.
Electricity was restored for homes by 9am.
