I can't understand why there is no coverage and pictures from the Abingdon Torch Relay yesterday.

If you want a decent picture of the last person in the relay Margaret Brown, then I have one.

So Raymond Blanc can carry the torch through Wallingford but not Ken Lester! Discgraceful. After all what is Raymond Blanc to Wallingford, or some of the others who were running with the torch for that matter. It was all a farce, and has been in many places it has visited!!!! Glad I didn't bother to go and watch it.

Rosemary - You missed out, really was a great morning. Who cares if the people aren't local or Ken Lester didn't do it, its an olympic celebration, not a Wallingford one!! Ken got his moment anyway as he was introduced to the crowd.
