BLACKBURN’S poor run of form continued after another loss on the road as they slipped to a third defeat in four outings.

Burn were made to pay for gifting their hosts a 14-0 lead before coming to life and scoring two late tries – but it was too little too late.

Keswick took the lead with a penalty kick after 20 minutes before Blackburn came back in to the game just before the break.

The visitors failed to take advantage of a two man advantage after Keswick had two players sin-binned – the second of which coming from an infringement after Gareth Bullen was stopped just short of the line.

Instead, Keswick extended their lead with a second penalty early after the restart.

Rob Parker was then sin-binned for Burn as Keswick slotted over a third penalty before scoring an unconverted try.

Blackburn finally sprung to life and Anton Garcia broke through to score before Liam Oldham barged his way over the line.
