YOU can join in the ghoulish Halloween fun at Beaulieu in the heart of the New Forest.

A spooky visit to what is reputed to be one of Britain’s most haunted places lies in store for the winners of our latest Herald competition.

There are lots of ghostly Halloween goings-on to get involved in this coming half-term school break, from October 25 to November 2.

Listen to spine-tingling stories from costumed guides, take a lucky dip in the mysterious witch’s cauldron or have your face painted as a skeleton, witch or spook.

We have six family tickets, each worth £55, to be won to visit Beaulieu, the home of the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu Abbey and Palace House and gardens, near Brockenhurst, Hampshire. A family ticket admits two adults and up to three children or one adult and up to four children.

For centuries, spooky spectres and ghoulish ghosts have been seen and heard in Beaulieu’s 13th-century Abbey and Palace House, the home of the Montagu family since 1538. Ghostly fun is guaranteed as you learn about the characters that still walk these historic corridors at night.

Come and follow the Halloween quiz trail in the National Motor Museum and see some of the 250 amazing vehicles on show, from cars dating back to the earliest days of motoring , amazing motorcycles and famous film cars to modern F1 racers. Discover awesome land speed record-breaking machines in the For Britain & For The Hell Of It display, take a ride on the Wheels pod ride and see the sights from the high-level Monorail, as it travels through the roof of the museum.

Fans of the hit TV motoring show will love World of Top Gear, which shows off some of the cars from the presenters’ craziest challenges. Enter the Top Gear Enormodrome, which recreates the feel of the Top Gear studio and features behind-the-scenes footage from Top Gear HQ.
